Prepped Meals

Our prepped meals come fully cooked and refrigerated-just reheat and serve!  These meals provide the perfect portion control, while at the same time catering to some common dietary restrictions.  Check out our gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free options!  Each dish comes individually packaged, so these are perfect for grabbing one for dinner after a long day of work, or even bringing to the office for a healthy lunch at your desk!  Meals are available for pickup on Tuesdays at Meriwether's after 10 am, at the Fort Leavenworth Commissary parking lot between 12:15-12:45 pm, or we can deliver right to your home or office!
